Bannana's are a type of fruit that has a lot of pottasium.


Bannanas have a lot of fiber and pottasium in them, so they are really healthy for the human body. Many animals eat bannanas, so that is ow they get strong, (although sometimes, they don't know that they are eating something healthy). Like, Broccoli, it helps with constipation, unlike Broccoli, it has pottasium. Also, unlike Broccoli, it is yellow, not green.


  • They also are eaten raw.
  • Dip them in chococlate then put them in the freezer
    • Used in bannana smoothie
